Trainings for children

Who can do Aikido?

Anybody can do Aikido in any age - there's no age or sex limitation. We require at least 13 years to attend classes for adults. Children younger than 13 years are welcome in our trainings for children.

What is needed to bring?

Aikido is originally trained in kimono. That's not a necessity for beginners - they can practice in track suit. We also recommend not to train in shorts. Training barefooted is compulsory for everybody - no shoes needed.

How much do the trainings cost?

First training is for free. Every next cost 5 EUR, which corresponds to two hours (2x60 minutes). Paying monthly is also possible - that is 14 EUR per month. Trainings are twice a week two hours.

History of the club

The activity of the club started in 1994. In charge of technical leadership was Mr. Ladislav Ogurčák (2. dan) from Levoča. Nowadays are in charge previously mentioned teachers, who are attending many various seminars of different styles of Aikido and increasing their level of Aikido that way.
